Is InkMeet free for tattoo artists?
InkMeet offers a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. After that, our subscription is €49/month — no setup fees, no commitment, cancel anytime. Compared to managing portfolio, calendar and payments in separate tools, InkMeet pays for itself within the first month.
How does payment work? Do you take a commission on my tattoos?
No. We do not take any commission on the price of your tattoos. Stripe handles payments directly into your account. We charge a transparent 5% service fee (minimum €1.50) only on the deposit settled online, paid by the client on top of the amount, plus your monthly subscription. The remaining balance is then settled in person directly with the client, with no fee. The full price of the tattoo goes to you.
Can I import my existing portfolio from Instagram?
Yes. One-click Instagram OAuth sync lets you import all your posts in seconds. You can then choose which photos to keep, tag them by style, and reorder them. Auto-sync can be enabled to import new posts automatically.
Does InkMeet replace my booking system, my CRM and my accounting tool?
InkMeet replaces your booking page, CRM, messaging, deposit collection and consent forms. For full accounting (VAT returns, profit & loss), you should still use a dedicated accounting solution. Our analytics provide enough insight for day-to-day business decisions.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. No long-term commitment, no cancellation fees. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. Clients can pay deposits, sign consent forms and access their quote via secure tokenized links — no account required. They can optionally create one to track all their appointments and favorites.
