Frequently Asked Questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new artist account gets 30 days of full Pro access to every feature — no credit card required. When the trial ends, your account doesn't close: it automatically switches to the permanent free plan (your public profile, quotes, Stripe, calendar and basic messaging stay live). Upgrade to Pro at 49€/month whenever you want to unlock the Pro features.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Your subscription is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for European customers.
What happens after my trial ends?
Nothing closes. Your account switches to the permanent free plan: your dashboard, public profile and data stay accessible, and you keep managing quotes, payments and bookings. Only the Pro features (Instagram, Pinterest and Google Calendar integrations, unlimited conversations and clients, custom labels and form editing) lock until you upgrade to Pro.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No commission on your earnings — you keep 100% of your deposits and balance payments. The only fee on transactions is a 5% InkMeet service fee (minimum €1.50) charged to the client only on the deposit settled online (shown transparently before payment). The remaining balance is then settled in person directly with you, with no fee. Standard Stripe processing fees also apply and are charged to the client.
What happens after the 30-day free trial if I don't subscribe?
Nothing breaks. Your account automatically switches to the free plan — public profile, portfolio, Stripe Connect, quotes, basic calendar, native messaging (up to 3 active conversations) and CRM (up to 3 clients) all stay live. Pro-only features (Instagram DMs in-app, Instagram & Pinterest portfolio import, Google Calendar sync, custom labels, unlimited conversations and clients, editing consent/welcome forms) lock until you upgrade. Forms you created during the trial keep being sent to clients.
How much does it cost for clients?
Clients pay no subscription and no sign-up fee. The only cost is a 5% service fee (minimum €1.50) applied only to the deposit settled online at booking (for example, a 100€ deposit becomes 105€). The remaining balance is then settled directly with the artist, in person, with no fee. The artist receives 100% of the amount.
